Why did I create this Fusion of Tai Chi and Quantum Unity Balance?

I created this practice because i have a fundamental belief that the tai chi in the world is a distorted version of what it used to be…

Energy flow is everything, we emphasise slow movement, awareness, breath work and sound with ancient hermetic principles.
These practices are profound and multi layered, easy to learn, you will be guided through the process with an expert trainer you will learn to validate your practice, master your energy.
So this course is for those of you wanting physical/mental benefits including: better balance, mobility, mental flexibility, calm, focus and stress relief.
With intentional awareness you are not just exercising you’re reprogramming your nervous system and aligning your body’s energy fields.

Want to achieve Balance in Mind, Body and Energy ?
With my classes we work on opening the body through mind body exercise.
I will teach you how to open your fascia, which is key to healing yourself. We will also learn how to open your Meridians and joints with Qigong techniques and improve your balance.
We will also learn Internal cultivation using the power of the mind to open up, creating a foundation and grounding practice.
We will also explore theory, principles and hermetic techniques such as my newly created Quantum Unity Balance Foundation Practice.
With me, you will learn Tai Chi forms in depth and detail including the hidden and missing Elements. I will integrate these into the framework, to align your structure and to stabilise and support your own unique design.
